Created for us by Ambler FitzSimons of Blissful Brownies, the handmade treat pairs a buttery shortbread crust with a decadent custard that gets its richness from butter and eggs, and its vibrant flavor from lemon juice, lemon zest and a generous splash of liqueur. Just slice a piece and enjoy with coffee, tea or limoncello.
