WHY WE LOVE IT
- For nearly a century, five generations of the Pons family have produced some of Spain’s finest organic extra-virgin olive oil. This variety is made using only Lecciana olives from the family garden in L’Albagés, at 1,500 feet above sea level. Intensely aromatic, the peppery olive oil is herbaceous, fruity, delicately spicy and sweet. The versatile condiment is ideal for finishing pasta, grain and vegetable dishes, and makes a delicious dip for fresh bread.
