WHY WE LOVE IT
- For nearly a century, five generations of the Pons family have produced some of Spain’s finest organic extra-virgin olive oil. This variety is made using only early-harvest Koroneiki olives from the family garden in L’Albagés, at 1,500 feet above sea level. Bright and grassy, the aromatic oil has an herbal fragrance and delicate bitterness. The versatile condiment is ideal for finishing pasta, grain and vegetable dishes, and makes a delicious dip for fresh bread.
