Red Butte Hatch Cheese: Semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is flavored with roasted Hatch green chiles, then hand rubbed with ground dried chiles and other spices for rich, savory flavor.

Teahive Cheese: Semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is hand rubbed with Earl Grey tea, which complements cheese’s natural rich, buttery flavor with delicate floral notes.

Promontory Cheese: Crafted using techniques similar to an Irish cheddar, this semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is rich and nutty, featuring special cheese cultures that impart pleasant fruity notes.
