Designed to produce bread and pizza with crisp, golden crusts, this baking steel is lightweight enough for easy maneuvering yet substantial enough for consistent, even results. It’s made of preseasoned carbon steel that resists scratches and rust. We paired it with a commercial-grade aluminum baking shell, a lightweight alternative to traditional cast-iron models. Just slide your dough onto the baking steel, cover with the shell and bake.
