The set features individually grained handles made from African blackwood, American walnut, magnificent Latin American bocote, Canadian bird’s eye maple, Scandinavian curly birch and Brazilian tulipwood. Made in Germany of high-carbon steel, each full-tang blade features a recessed bolster, allowing you to sharpen the full length of the cutting edge.
